This AGREEMENT is binding between DUMJOBS and YOU (hereinafter refer to as Employee or Job Seeker)

Our Services are provided “as is”. We exclude all warranties, conditions, representations or other terms that may be implied by statute or common law in relation to our Services to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Our services is available only to legal entities and persons who are at least eighteen (18) years old and are otherwise capable of forming legally binding contracts under applicable law.
Vacancy and Hiring
You acknowledge that we are not responsible for the content of any job vacancy advertising and that accordingly it is a matter for the Jobseeker to satisfy himself/herself as to the suitability of the job vacancy and the identity of the advertiser/recruiter. You also acknowledge that we have no control on whom the Employer will hire or engage.
Sending an Application
If You submits an Application, You hereby agrees that:
- You have read and understood the requirements for the job vacancy;
- the information that You provides as part of the Application (including without limitation, in any CV) is true and accurate reflection of Your employment, education, experience and training and that Your personal details are correct.
- You do not impersonate anyone or misrepresent who you are
- If You submit or provide any information in an Application that is found to be false, we reserve the right to deny Your access to this APP and its services.
- You should note that Applications are assessed by the relevant recruiter and all decisions relating to such Applications are taken by the relevant recruiter and not by us. Accordingly, any requests for information relating to Applications that have been made should be addressed to the recruiter directly.
We do not collect\store private information.
Before you can have your job post, we require you to sign-up and pay for a listing fee. All listing fee expires after 30 days. After which, your job posts will be deleted on our server.
Employer shall not post any:
- misleading, unreadable, or “hidden” keywords, repeated keywords or keywords that are irrelevant to the job opportunity being presented;
- names, logos or trademarks of unaffiliated companies;
- inaccurate, false, or misleading information; and
- material or links to material that is discriminatory, sexually explicit, obscene, libelous, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, or hateful, or solicits personal information from anyone under 18.
You may not use your hiring to:
- post jobs in a manner that does not comply with applicable local, national laws, including but not limited to laws relating to labor and employment, equal employment opportunity and employment eligibility requirements, data privacy, data access and use, and intellectual property;
- sell, promote or advertise products or services;
- post any franchise, pyramid scheme, distributorship, or multi-level marketing opportunity;
- promote any opportunity that does not represent bona fide employment; and
- advertise sexual services or seek employees for jobs of a sexual nature.
Monitoring of Postings
You acknowledge that we have no obligation to monitor the job postings, but we may monitor the Job Postings at random.
We reserve the right to remove any Job Postings, which in the reasonable exercise of our own discretion, does not comply with these terms, or if any content is posted that we believe is not our best interest.
These Term and Conditions constitutes the entire agreement between YOU and DumJobs in relation to the use of our website or services. No additional provisions are expressed nor implied. This Term supersedes any all previous oral and/or written, express and/or implied agreements.
